Your sig is a refreshing change from what you usually have. Definately a lot clearer but the poem text is a bit of a let down as is the lack of a proper background. However, the name on the right looks pretty cool as well as the style that the picture is drawn in.

Anyways Lugia, I'll agree with people when they say the sig is a bit old, but then again sticking with one thing is cool in my eyes. I like the fact that it's not centered as well since it looks more natural like that, which helps with the screenshot. I'd say 6/10 really.
