That's right, Pokemon's official Facebook page (And Pokemon Smash) announced that there would be a big X/Y related reveal next Saturday (6/4/2013).

This will probably be detailed in the Corocoro issue to follow the weekend after.

I suspect it'll probably be a few new Pokemon,  maybe artwork for the trainers and region, and perhaps the new Team Enemy and their goal.

So at least 1 new Pokemon, behind that conveniently placed question mark, but you can just barely make out the top of it.

Fennekin is Fire/Fighting
Chespin and Froakie are also Fire/Fighting
Pokemon F/F


BUT REALLY I'd hazard a guess that it's about the trainers/enemy team too! Maybe more about the legendaries? I'm pumped. So pumped.

On another note, is it just me or does that seem like a lure at the top? First thought for me was a Girafarig evolution, which is unlikely. It's good that the news is occurring worldwide though.

I think it's just one new Pokemon, probably related to some previous gen Pokemon.

I agree, it looks absolutely hilariously awful. Hopefully it's just the angle or the whole thing is fake.

That "Mewtwo" is so horrible I can't even laugh. I haven't seen such a hideous turd since Origin Giratina.

...Oh. It has a body. With an oversized head. I guess that's not as bad as what I thought it was, but still. And my apologies to Origin Giratina, nothing could be as ugly as what I thought was some sort of floating serpent Mewtwo head. 'swhat I get for giving a passing glance at thumbnails.

Yeah the mewtwo 'leak' is pretty disturbing.

I think it's most disturbing because it might be true...for a number of reasons:

1) With all the X/Y hype, why would anyone bother doing something with the movie

2) One of the leaked images was also on a bag which is kind of an unusual leak

3) http://www.pokemon-movie.jp/pokemon/long.php <-- Is it just me or does this look like there are placeholders for Mewtwo formes?

I reeeaaally hope they leave Mewtwo alone. I hope this isn't why they distributed the special Wi-Fi Hurricane Mewtwo
