Draco Meteor gives the biggest reward for the smallest risk, especially on a choice Pokemon. I'd say that in OU, Hydreigon uses it the most effectively, if for no other reason than that it is not then immediately trapped and killed by Tyranitar like Latios is.

Close Combat. It saddens me that Blaziken doesn't get it. What Blaziken gets is technically better, but in weighing risk/return against my luck, I can't even use my own favorite Pokemon without every turn being a mild panic attack. To prove my point: In gen 5 the very first time I ever used HJK on Blaziken, I gave him a Wide Lens to boost the accuracy to 99%. It missed the first time. CC gives the power you want with a much lesser side-effect.
