When the user uses an electric move, 10% chance of paralysing the user, but will increase attack and special attack by two stages.

For every turn the user's attack increases one stage while it's defense decreases one stage.

If the opponent uses a move that hits more than once, this pokemon has a 10% chance to counter and prevent more than one hit of that move.

Description: The Pokemon hides its power, item, and self.
Effect: Moves like Odor Sleuth and Miracle Eye don't work, nor do moves like Lock-On or Mind Reader. "Never miss" moves also have no effect. Abilities such as Forewarn, Anticipation, and Frisk do not take effect on Pokemon with this Ability. Conceal also omits text that would reveal the identity of an item, such as holding an Air Balloon. Knock Off functions normally against a Pokemon with Conceal, but the item won't be revealed after it's knocked off.

Metronome as an Ability would allow for the user to cycle through every single Ability in the series since the debut of the concept (besides Trace and Mummy)! Including Wonder Guard! Having an Eelektross with the Metronome to hit Wonder Guard would effectively make him/her invincible, only able to be burned/poisoned/confusehaxed/Cursed!
