1.Do I need to keep 'CARD KEY','LIFT KEY' & 'S.S. TICKET' for ever or I can toss them after use?(I don't have enough space to keep them!)

I think you can get rid of them. You could always store them in the PC if you need to.

You would need to store them, pretty sure the game doesn't allow you to toss them.
