Hey - just making an obligatory greeting. I found this site when I was looking up nicknames for a Lucario, and I found the NameRater. Made me laugh, so I joined.

I wrote it in a program called DarkBASIC. You should be able to download it here.

The controls are very simple. Up and down arrows to scroll through the regions. Enter to select the region. Space to return to the screen with the list of regions.

The program just randomly picks your starter for you, it doesn't pick your entire team.

Has a lot to do with how busy the administration is. I'm a graduate student in a PhD program and I don't have any knowledge on site building, and everyone else works at least 40 hours a week.
