Well, since the last one died out, here's the new one! Basically, you ask the below person a question and they answer it. Make sure you follow site rules and try to avoid yes or no questions if possible. Also, be nice! A witty answer is always fun, but don't be flat out mean or insulting. NP SQ is used to ask the below person the same question, but it can't be used more than once in a row, also try to avoid using it at all if you can!
