Topic: What do you think of Smash 4?

I honestly thought pacman would've been terrible, but it's not as bad as I thought it would be. The final smash leave something to be desired though.....
 
What do you guys think of streetpass?

^The one time I got some Street Passes for this game, I lost terribly because it's been so long since I actually played the StreetPass minigame

And yeah, Pac-Man. I thought he was gonna be boring, but I saw some gameplay of his a while ago and he actually looked kinda fun to play as. Should probably give him a shot, although I've always thought Pac-Man was an odd choice for Smash Bros. Not an unthinkable choice, just odd.

^Yeah, but all I could think at the time was "Ooh, StreetPass!" and I wasn't sure if selecting anything else would get rid of the StreetPass challengers. Otherwise I totally would have practiced a bit...

Still, fun mini-game. If I ever get more StreetPasses for it, I'm sure I'll have fun, but most of my time and energy has been spent on the main game. Still trying to beat Classic mode on maximum intensity, unlocking all the achievements, stuff like that.

Played it yesterday with a friend who owns it, and it's quite fun! I haven't played enough to know for certain who my mains will be, but I think it'll be [Dark] Pit (depending on which differences suit my style more), Little Mac and Ike.

I mean, I love using him, but him yelling "back slash" and "air slash" repeatedly gets incredibly annoying xD

My brother and I play Smash Run a lot. It has the adventure of Subspace Emissary without all that "find a door to proceed" business. We also play regular Smash here and there, and are for the most part fairly evenly matched. I main Luigi, Mr. Game & Watch, and Jigglypuff.
Yes, some characters are much stronger than others (I'm looking at you Little Mac), but with a game as diverse as Smash Bros, you really can't expect it to be balanced. Project M balanced Brawl, but only after the game was out for 3 years. And even then it took them a little less than 3 years to "balance" all the characters.

So many characters with COUNTER moves.

Marth, Ike, Lucina, Shulk, Little Mac, Palutena (with Custom Moves). Greninja and Lucario have counter-esque moves. Though I agree: way too many counters.

Hated the game. The Circle Pad was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too sensitive and they just HAD to put in the worst character of all time into the game which I refuse to name because said name makes me want to smash the closet thing to me.

^Pretty sure you can adjust that, and plus try saying something positive about the game for once. All we're heard from you ever since the game came out is "Oh, duck hunt's in it. So I hate this game and it makes me wanna throw up".

Back to what I was saying, it's interesting with what the developers did with Robin, making each tome and the levin sword only have a certain amount of uses before you have to cool it off. Wonder why they did that. I would think that it would hinder that character, but it's still cool that they decided to pay tribute to the series.

its not just that fox's voice actor was complete booty too.

i was going to make a what does the fox say joke but combining two annoying things does not make a funny thing.


aside from that its a great game i'm quite bad at it but still fun

^Yeah, Fox's voice actor was horrid in this game, but it's really one of the only bad things about the game. However I love Lucario's voice actor in this game.
