Why does time go by so fast? Especially when one is up late?

The vacation day of my life right now is unexplainably short, no thanks to missing my alarm every day. Not that we do anything until after noon.

Also, I've been bugged by the fact that my friend is mentally and physically superior to everyone else in his grade. In his thoughts, he is obviously either like me or is trying to imitate me. I mean, he basically looks at people his age and says sarcastically, "Wow, look at them with their mountain dew and bicycles and (bad) football skill."
I happen to almost look down on lots of people in the same demeanor. At the same time, I act childish around my closest friends. They all know how smart I am but are freaked out probably by my constant Cloudcuckoolander thoughts. But how far does my understanding stretch? Another person I met made me began to question this.
My other friend - she looked at the people at my school in an even harsher way and ground their philosophies into the dirt, basically. I admired her bold thoughts but I was always taken aback by her cold manner about it. She seemed advanced, she was searching for universal truth and things like that- which I hadn't even brought up ever in my mind.
This makes me question myself. While she ponders on truth, I ponder on things like time travel and understanding. What makes her thoughts different? Is it her upbringing in a different place? How did my formerly mentioned friend gain awareness over the other boys in his class? Was it through befriending me that he learned to think like that?

And, the question my mind is asking, would anyone my age really go into these thoughts? I guess it is a question of mental age. Speaking of that, I'd really like to find out the results of an IQ test I took some years ago and there is a real life bother.

Also, I really want to lucid dream. Man, that would be fun, considering I already created a mental world.

So I only go in for exams now... So yesterday mum and me were meant to go shopping but my brother wanted the day off and had a screaming fit in the morning... So ruining my day. My summer has started and I can't do anything because of him and it's starting to annoy me just a little too much. Oh and today I had an exam and yet he still didn't go to school. Grrr. So he thinks it's ok for him to take control of the tv.

And oh. My mum bought tickets to this festival Which I like but we normal have other people there. So I have someone to talk to... This time I am stuck with my mum and brother on my own. With rubbish food and music. She thought I would like it when she also knows I have work on the same day.
