Sylar and Inset are arguing over nothing but kind of agree with Sylare more Insert shouldn't have used it as a joke and Insert it won't stop you're future, people with autism are just like you're everday person yeah they tend to have anger issuse but the fact you think it'll effect you're future is a little in-sensitive. It will NOT effect you're future you can be what you want to be no matter you're disability I happen to coach a 7 year old kid at football who has ADHD, he is wanted by several clubs as he is a fantastic football, he is also wanted by several premier league football acadmies but we've told them no we want to keep them, if anyone is stopping his future its us.

The whole 'Autism affects my future' thing irks me somewhat as well to be fair. While I see where you're coming from Insert, Autism isn't quite as bad as you're making it out to be (or perhaps as bad as you're being told it is). I know of 3 autistic people in my life (there may be more) and to be honest they are quite literally no different from most other people. Seriously. The only time it will ever affect your future is if you let it play on your mind too much or if someone decides to baby you because of it. And that's because it will make your behaviour more erratic, uncontrollable and unpredictable in some senses. And it's not been confirmed yet anyway. For all you know it could be hormones making your behaviour erratic, or any number of things. Be positive.

Also, re "autism might make you xxyy"- if you are diagnosed with it, then you won't be given autism: you'll still be exactly the same person that you are now. The only difference is that you would have access to people who can help you to deal with it and any problems that you might encounter. 
 
You don't have to wear a special t-shirt and tell everyone that you meet that you have autism, and you won't suddenly morph into somebody else or whatever you're worried will happen. 
It'd just be a word to describe it, not a magic potion. If you don't have any specific problems now that you feel might prevent you from getting a job or what have you, then you won't suddenly start having them afterwards. 
 
Unless of course you become one of those people who wears their diagnosis like a badge of honour, and uses it as an excuse to get away with everything and not bother to do anything, instead of trying to deal with things, but you know. Takes all sorts to make a world.

My body is aching from 5 a side last night and it's raining again and with no lectures today I'll end up staying in all day :/

and tomorrow there is no labs! hurrah! we have to come in for an hour or so but it's at 10 rather than 9! hurrah! 
also means that we have friday afternoon off so I will probably go to beth's and poke her with forks until she makes me banoffee pie! hurrah! 
i like how everyone describes this as "having a week off" 
and after this it's physical labs which i have heard can be completed on the thursday which means- with a bit of luck- many free friday afternoons
