Another great episode.. seriously I was startign to waver during the last series as some of the casting & sets were a bit shoddy... but this was series has so far REALLY kicked up the pace!!

Apart from the fact that I recognised the walkway in Warehouse 15 as part of Red Dwarf's Starbug set (used in Psirens)... everything felt right.

Not sure about the ending though, the manager becoming an ood.. there is cheese & there is RIPE cheese.. *lol*

That was a very good episode. And yes, another planet at last. =p The Ood were awesome, and I really felt sorry for them for a bunch of it, especially seeing the untampered Ood in the cell, singing. Twas so sad. I thought that the guy was turning into an Ood from what was happening to him...

So do all Ood originate from human's...or was that just him. =p

Also, an interesting end with the mention of the Doctor's song coming to an end...

Also, another crying episode of Donna. We do see another side to Catherine Tate's acting in Doctor Who, though we get both sides as well. "Why'd you call me miss? Do I look single?" xD

Next episode looks good with the Sontarans and Martha. =]

I thought that was an good episode.. Catherine Tate is brilliant as Doctor Who's sidekick and I really hate Martha, so I'm unhappy to see her back next episode D:

But Rose appears for a few episodes later on this season, so its not all bad ^^

I liked how they did the Ood transformation effectively whilst being sensitive to easily sickened viewers. I have a weak stomach, so when I realised what was going on, I thought "Oh god, please no, going to be sick." I cringed a little at the skin being pulled off but that was it. Bravo, Keith Temple, at an effective yet sensitive sticky end.
I did so much laughing though at the sneeze. It's not everyday that someone sneezes their brains out.
And absolutely loving the Homer Simpson reference. D'OH!

Ood are too damn sweet for their own good <3
bless em..

I missed any previous episodes with the Ood in... so this one felt a bit weird to me. I thought it was really good though, do you think red eye is a reference to pink eye?

The reason why the guy turned into an Ood is because of the Ood elixir he was given. As the Doctor said: "It comes out of the slaves as service, the red-eyes as anger... and out of the natural borns as patience..."

Also, an interesting end with the mention of the Doctor's song coming to an end...

That's what I've been thinking about, and I immediately thought of that Rose song, even a part of it was playing when they said that.

Still, good ep though I prefer evil Ood

I have a theory about the ending of the the Ood episode, when it made the remark about the Doctor's song coming to an end...

Basically, the Ood's song was about their suffering in captivity. I see it as the Doctor's song is about the sadness and pain of losing Rose. Meaning what the Ood said, meant that his song of pain and suffering was coming to and end... Rose's return. =p

The episode was quite good... I liked it... poor Ood :<
Did see the "evil slave trade" theme approaching before it happened, though... suppose with the ood that's pretty predictable. Good to see them again, though : D
Glad that the translation orb... things were explained.
The giant brain made me laugh, though, and the person falling into it. Silly x3
Why is it always red eyes? Why not blue eyes? There are too many red eyes = evil things floating around.

I really like Donna... nice to have someone who's more outspoken and brash... and amusing like that : D
And asking questions that I've wondered about.. in the last episode, anyway.
"What would happen if I spoke Latin?"

or indeed, a Rose wearing an Ood wig..

That made me laugh. We need that now please D:
