I'm not very good at thinking up interesting facts about myself, but then again this topic is primarily an excuse to post about oneself rather than read anyone else's details, right? 
 
I have a scar on my lower lip, a mole on the sole of my right foot and my ring fingers bend backwards at the final joint. There is a brown birthmark roughly the size and shape of a 50p coin on my right arm and my posture is terrible. My eyebrows are excellent: if I am surprised then it can be seen from one and a half miles away. 
My favourite colour is grey.

BMI really isn't a good thing to follow; get more muscle rather than fat as that will increase your BMI more =]

i dread to think what my bmi is
probably a million
i know i'm sort of overweight i know that much

i seem to have lost belly weight but put on hip and love handle weight
which i'm not complaining too  much about but its still confusing to say the least?

but yeah i'm quite alright not knowing what my bmi is i blame my slight overweight on the fact that i'm likely to have a hereditarily (augh you know what i mean) higher bone density than usual

Yeah BMI is just a ratio between height and weight or something, it doesn't distinguish the types of mass you're made up of. That said, if it's that low... it can't be healthy (but something tells me that's a slight exaggeration). My BMI is around 19 and I am considered underweight! But I eat tons and just do a lot of exercise and never put on a pound. I've been 11 stone 1lb  for about 5 years now \o/

^ It's exactly that; a lot of sportsmen (particularly rugby players) end up being put down as overweight; I know for a fact that Jonny Wilkinson is overweight according to BMI due to his muscle. Had to do that for PE =P

Hmm... I don't do as much exercise I used to bar the odd session of football these days?
