Bought a new phone, with my own money. Is that really an accomplishment? Meh, whatever.

This really depends on the view of the creator. Do they want to focus on combat systems or storyline? Do they really care about the glitch in the fourth dungeon? Are they sure they want to put enough effort on this cutscene, even if it may cost more?

Some creators try to blend the two. Good examples can be found in several Final Fantasy and Fire Emblem games, with fairly in-depth stories as well as in-depth combat systems and dungeons(FF)/battles(FE). A good more recent example that also has good art is the Kingdom Hearts series.

This topic is actually fairly important to me because I'm going to be a game designer/developer. I have several storylines planned, as well as items, combat systems, a map or two, ideas on some art pieces, character details, and various other aspects.

I'm lovin this weather. I could do with this much snow year round.

I've always liked this one, from America's civil war:
I don't remember who it was he was fooling, but Robert E. Lee once fooled an enemy troop into retreating.
It was a fairly hilly area, and he had his troops march to the top of one hill, and then once they had marched out of sight of the enemy he had them circle back around to the beginning and go over again, and the enemy thought he had way more soldiers than he really did and retreated.

I personally like the cartoons recently. They're completely dumb and make no sense but at the same time are brilliant and make perfect sense. Except Steven Universe. I inexplicably hste that show.
