If you get 1,000 non-cheated shiny Pokemon in one game, take 6 of them in your party and see Prof.  Oak.  He will say, "You have so many rare Pokemon!  Take this!"  He'll give you 1 Pokemon of your choice, moves, nature, stats, name and shiny with pokerus.  And even level!
