Get the eevee in celadon. name it fudge. the black belt will say: HEY you took my fudge! He will battle you, he has a machop lvl.36. If you win hell say: Okay,okay here's my other fudge!  he'll give you a shiny eevee! it's name will be vanilla fudge. It will be at lvl. 36 as well!
