Ah, think of it as oppertunity Claire. They ve brought a character from the R/S/E era into the D/P Era for his debut. That, and the multiple episodes the DP Gym Leaders have got and the odd Marina "hint of an appearence" thing, it could mean they re willing to reuse old characters rather then creating new ones we ll never see again.

So who knows? It could leed to Mr Stone's 2nd appearence, a May temp comeback (Misty's Japanese VA said awhile ago Misty would return for a bit), Anabel journeying to find Ash and confess her feelings, Samurai's long awaited return, the possiblities are endless.

Though it could well never happen... T.T

Don't you DARE get my hopes up for that. Besides, it's been so long since he appeared (excluding cameos/allusions) shoving him in would never be the same, not to mention I couldn't stand to picture his voice any other way than his only English-spoken appearance... ;-;

...then again, did they manage to keep Gary's voice actor? Or was it just the narrator? I don't remember. It's not like WALLACE is enough to get me to watch the show again, at any rate.... :/
