no offence but saying "I've been waiting for an hour" really doesn't bother me, oh and the don't worry about the child who was placed ahead of you in the queue because you'll out live them. Maybe you should be glad for that? Or for the free healthcare many of you don't contribute anywhere near enough to fund and yes that ward nurse is tired they're on a 24 hour shift, please excuse them for not being your personal servant.
