Is it strong enough to beat the elite 4? I have been training for a month now.

Yes, it is DEFINITELY good enough to beat them. I don't even think they go much above level 60 the first time around, and even the second, not above 80-ish. You'll destroy them xD

I'm not too sure. The Bibarial is DEFINATELY going to get smashed. The other pokemon might have difficulty as the Elite 4 have full level 100s and teams of 6. If you play it well and bring loads of items then you might stand a chance, otherwise you might want to think about training some more.

How long did you train for. Most people come out of a hard battle in the final gym, then train up another 10 levels or so, then defeat the elite four. Seriously, your HM slave is the only one who will get defeated.

I recently beat the elite 4 with only 2 pokemon above level 60 so of course you will be able ot beat them haha

[Reshurott Inferno]

Infernape: Get rid of Rock Smash. It already has close Combat, so... same with Flamethrower. You already have Flare Blitz, so get Earthquake or Rock Slide/Stone Edge.

Staraptor: Return should be used instead of Aerial Ace. The rest looks good for E4.

Luxray: Get Iron Tail instead of Spark, and Giga Impact instead of Discharge (either that or thunder Wave)

Blissey: Look at her stats. Attack isn't good AT ALL. So get Hyper Beam or something Special. Either that, or some Status moves like TWave or Toxic.

Rapidash is good.

Levels are EXCELLENT. Movesets are not, however, so follow my moveset advice, if you want.
