EDIT: *puts on Professor voice* GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! I was bored so I was messing around with my windows 8 laptop(I know. Be jealous) and it turns out I can use mspaint.exe! Took me half an hour to find a sprite sheet and another 2 hours to re-paint the background(idiots need to keep backgrounds white). So I'll be going mobile if need be or if I'm bored... Though I won't be able to post finished works right away due to the need of wifi.
