I said I assumed. Perfect tense. In the past, a complete finished action. In other words, at the time I thought it must just be what the Americans used the word for, however when you said otherwise I knew that it was just a mistake. It's not that unlikely that it could've been the Americans way if saying it, after all, many words are used differently between the two countries.

Normal/Dragon dunsparce? No, maybe take a weird direction and make it normal/ghost, making it only having a x2 weakness to dark as its only weakness, giving it a nice niche. I don't see it happening, though.

Also, I'm glad LR hasn't used his rant powers on me because of my incorrect use of nerf. Before I use it incorrectly, broken means overtime, a pokemon gets better, right?

Broken just means that it's too powerful for that particular game.  For instance, Mewtwo in RBY was broken because he had a high special stat and no one was resistant to Psychic except Psychic types (who he could mop the floor with anyway)
