Okay for me it's walrains whole evolution set (big blue walrus things) and masquerain. (moth thing with two big eyeball fan things) sorry if anyone likes these pokemon there just easy to forget....

TBH, I am a huge advocate for a mega flygon as well as a huge flygon fan (my favorite dragon), but I forget what evolves into vibrava.

Yanmega, Whynaut, Salamence's pre-evolution, Panpour, Volcarona, Mianshao (idk the spell), Glalie and of course Finneon and Luminneon

Seriously though, if I didn't hate it so much, I would forget about Stunfisk instantly. I also seem to forget a lot of the Gen 1 pokemon (Dewgong, Dodrio, Parasect, Exeggcute, Hypno)

On the inverse side, I can't seem to stop thinking about Espurr.

I forget mostly on the Johto Pokemon. Ledyba/Ledian. Furret's pre-evo. especially Snubble and Granbull. If they didn't just get fairy I wouldve forgotten completely.

Also, I forget Masquerain exists. I forget Surskit evolves but i wish it didn't. Water/bug is a unique combo.

Play the 'Name all gen 1 pokemon' quiz on Sporcle (and all subsequent gen quizzes) and that quickly makes you realise which ones you've forgotten.

I only got about 30% of gen 2 Pokémon.

Also tend to forget a lot of gen 5, but then that is far and away the worst generation IMO so it's not surprising.

I can't stop thinking about Malamar either.

But on a human example, I forgot who Lisia even WAS until I got to Slateport. Now I can't stop thinking about her at all, to the point that I began portraying her in a malevolent light, even having my headcanon that she was a siren!

It blew my mind yesterday when I was reminded of the existence of both Lickitung and Scyther. It made me realize just how much Scyther gets overlooked by Scizor nowadays. Lickitung doesn't surprise me much though, if anything it surprises me that there was never much more done with Lickitung in the franchise, even back in Gen I moving through into Gen II and III I expected Lickitung to be much more of a mascot character in line with Jigglypuff and other minor mascots.
