The gym nearby had a 611 CP Pidgeotto that blew away (no pun intended) my whole team. The other gym Pokémon I could've battled were a 700 something CP Hypno and 935 CP Magmar. On the bright side I caught Gastly, Krabby, Hypno and Shellder. Horsea, Fearow, Seel and Staryu got away

nearing level 5, but i keep catching common pokemon. got like 4 eggs though so once my game starts working whenim walking im gonna be getting moe pokemon. i have 2 2km ones, one 5km one, and i have a 10 km one in my incubator atm.


for those wondering: this looks like the possible pokemon i could get. hoping for a growlithe and not too sure about the 10km one, though, they're all good options. scyther would be great but i feel like electrabzz or lapras would be the great.

Just to make sure, since it's not made clear anywhere in the game, you know you have to keep the app open and active, and you can't lock your phone or let it sleep or anything for your steps to count and to encounter random Pokémon, right? I only know that because I saw it on the subreddit, otherwise I'd probably still be locking my phone all the time and wondering "why nothing count help"

I'm currently collecting Gastly candies so I can get a Gengar then use it to take over all red and yellow gyms in the area

my past few days have been wake up, work, pokemon go, sleep. it's pretty bad but i mean i'm level 17 and have a bunch of cool pokemon so like

i have a 1333 vaporeon, 1055 lapras, 1021 hypno, 815 vaporeon, 756 jynx, and 600 raticate for my gym battling team

some other highlights include a 486 eevee, 496 slowpoke, 444 eevee, 471 bellsprout, and a 481 drowzee, all of which should be ~1500 when i pop a lucky egg and evolve them all

just letting you guys know by the way if you go over like 15 - 20 mph then the app will stop hatching your eggs, so make sure you're walking / biking to hatch them. Or crawling your way through traffic.

IT'S HERE IN THE UK and i have caught 234093204239 pidgeys and rattatas and there's only ONE pokestop in my town and no gyms i'm being oppressed

I've come across lots of glitches in Pokémon Go like when the game freezes when you're trying to catch a pokemon. But today I think I found the most interesting glitch of all. I challenged a gym and my Gastly got KO'd, but instead of fainting, it evolved into a Haunter and defeated the opponent. Then I checked back on it after the gym battle and it was a fainted Gastly again...

I hope I'm not the only one whose game glitches EVERY time you catch a Pokemon?

On the screen where it zooms in on the Pokeball it freezes but doesn't shut down and then I have to reboot the entire app multiple times before it works again

After the pain of having a Dragonite run away, I caught a Pigeot the other night and then the game crashed and when it restarted I didn't have the Pigeot anymore. Also every time I try to use the AR mode I get some stupid error message.
