Deoxys- Latios+Latias?

 So one day I was just showing what a deoxys looks like to a sibling on blocked and I found that it had a primary red coloration with a secondary color of blue. This is the same colors as Latias (red) and Latios (blue). This does not found my theory, for it isn't really that much evidence. However, when I looked at the shinys of all three, Deoxys is Gold and Teal while Latias is Gold and Latios is Teal.
