Typically rosalina, but sometimes I switch it up and play as the greatest character of all time, waluigi.

In Mario Kart Super Circuit, I sometimes click the random character option and it mostly only gives me one of these three characters:

Bowser, DK or Toad!

The full character list for that game is Mario, Weegee Luigi, Yoshi, Peach, Wario, Bowser, DK and Toad!

I mostly use Toad, cause he's the fastest! Otherwise I use DK, because the game has made me so used to him! How is Mario not the fastest?!
