Now here's my stone:

Core Stone: A scorching-hot stone retrieved from the Earth's core. This stone will evolve Magmar into Magmantle.

Knowledgeable Stone:Brings a strong power of wisdom to the pokemon.Allows Psychic pokemon to skip to their final evolvtion(Like Abra-Alakazam) and have a boosted Sp attack and Sp defence and will be able to dodge more.Pokemon which have two seperate evos will randomly evolve(Like ralts could become gardevoir and Gallade)

Impermable stone - It dosent allow water to go inside it.
Permeable stone - It allows water to go inside it.

Chrome Stone - Evolves steel types when used in a cave/mine/underground.

Acid Stone - pretty much the same thing as Dana's Nuclear Stone, except it isn't just limited to eeveelutions.

Amber Stone - Allows certain bug pokemon to evolve. (prehistoric insects were trapped and fossilised inside amber/tree sap)

Demon Stone: Evolves Shuppet into Voodoom.

Clone Stone - Creates a copy of the Pokemon in its next evolved for. Warning: Using it on Legendaries may result in disobidience and spontaneous combustion on your hair.

Royal Stone - Using it on a Phione transforms it into a Manaphy. Stats are raised to match a Manaphy depending on level / boosts given. Each Trainer may only use one and one alone: get a Manaphy or sell it for 50000 Pokedollars.

Leet Stone: Evolves the Pokemon into a r****ded, perverted and epicly awesome form of it. However, before the pokemon name, it will say "n00b" (for example, use it on Ditto and it'll become n00bDitto). It's commonly found in trash cans and toilets.

Legend Stone - Evolves Legendaries. Lol simple.

Fairy Stone: A stone with a weird mark on it. It evolves all Fairy catagory Pokemon, even if they are already at their third evolution.

A fellow Fairy Tail fan, I see. Keeping with this Tradition:

Slayer Stone - The pokemon that holds this item with be unaffected by moves of its type and will be healed by 50% if it as a status move or by the amount of damage the move would have done if it hit. Is not affected by OHKO moves, and is healed to max health by those of its type.

Ghoul Stone
Evolves Ghost-type Pokémon.

Epic Stone: Evolves any Pokemon into Feebas. Because Magikarp is overrated.

Knuckle Stone: Evolves Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee into a more buffed up version of each one with a different suffix for the pokemon.
i.e. Hitmonchan is hitmon (jackie-) chan and hitmon (bruce ) lee. However, with the knuckle stone the suffix is changed (can't think of another suffix lol).
