Corocoro announces new pokemon, trainer designs, and region name, all conformed!

I like all four of the new 'mons, but my favorite is probably the panda. I've been waiting for a robin-based Pokemon for a while, though, so I can't wait to see what that evolves into. The yellow thing is kooky and cute, so color me intrigued as far as that's concerned. And then there's Gogoat. I was hoping for something different not long after a Normal/Grass deer, but at least it looks cool, and fun to ride.

Is that what the male trainer looks like?? i hope not...

If there's any complaint I've had the past two and a half generations, it's that the male protagonist designs have sort of felt the same. Only the female designs really try anything new. The last interesting boy protag design we've had (in my humble opinion) was Brendan from Ruby and Sapphire. (then we found out it was a hat. *cough*) I'd go easy on Lucas except he sort of started the whole same-y feel I'm talking about with his Platinum ensemble.

I would be pretty happy if they gave us a male trainer without a hat at some point. Or even if they let us remove this one's hat with the character customisation.

The panda and goat  pokemon looks cool whilst the other two are really cute. I like the female trainers design, the male looks like the guy from B&W imo, but it's cool you can customize them.

my pokemon fix has been satisfied by this announcement. I'm more excited for these games than I was for B&W/B&WII

Fair point. Maybe the male's are just annoying me more because that's what I always play as.
