26. Nah, he's not strong enough to kill a lot of things, and base 100 speed isn't uncommon to outspeed.

Anything he can do,another dragon does better bar choice scarf u-turn - which is pretty much his only usable set in OU. And even so, Mienshao does it better (125 attack 105 Speed instead of 100 Attack 100 Speed)

if you just wrote for comments you wouldn't write at all also 'hostaging' a fanfic for reviews or whatever never ends well
