[P][Sf][Fu]Get Out Alive (Warning: Will contain a LOT of violence)[J]

((Um.... It was already dead.))

"Are you out there?! If you are, give me a sign!" yells Ryu. He knew that someone was buried in the rubble somewhere. This pokemon was likely in danger, add that and the earthquake, and this pokemon could be dying as he looked.

//No! No one will die today! Well, besides for the tyranitar.//

Ryu kept moving rubble, despite his exhausted state. He needed to find this pokemon before some other big threat came by, like that d-day charizard. A piece of a pokemon flashed in the corner of Ryu's eye, but he couldn't make it out. Ryu thought he saw a mega gengar, a white one.

//I'm probably seeing things.//

"Yeah, i'm starting to hallucinate. I must find this pokemon quickly." said Ryu.

Then, two charizards flew overhead. The battle.

[Hitmonchu]

Ryu seems to be distracted with something in the bushes. I decide to follow him.
He looks away for a second, then decided he is hallucinating and continues to walk.
I walk in the direction he was looking, and then I see it. It's Del.
"Del, Del! Oh my god, you're alive! Thank Arceus, we really needed you!" I shout in joy.

To give the short version of the battle between the two Charizards would be to say that it was short and brutal, and that Reiru's life was saved just in time by a mysterious force.

But the short version can be boring so have the slightly longer one.

After the rest of the group had left, Reiru looked glumly at what was left of her sister, and then took to the skies. She intended to finish this, once and for all.

The sun was burning down, and Reiru's tail flame brightened considerably. 'It's time for me to put right what I once did wrong. I can't chicken out this time.' She thought, and her wings opened as she prepared to take this battle to the skies.

"kehehe. Ready to die? Then die!"

'What the--- Since when can they... Oh Arceus. The virus is evolving.' Reiru thought, as a sheet of white flame engulfed her. It barely hurt, but it did block her line of sight.

She tried to pull away, get clean in view again, but the flames just kept coming.

"Little by little, I feel a bit better"


Suddenly, the flames stopped. Reiru spared a glance up, and instantly began to roll. Instead of fire, there was green energy in Mei's mouth. It shot out as if from a canon, and Reiru barely managed to avoid it. The force of it sent her balance off, turning a single spin into a spiral.

She forced her wings to fold closed, and began to torpedo downwards. She had to expend her spin, or her wings would be shredded, or broken.
It stopped spinning soon enough, and Reiru opened her wings quickly enough to avoid crashing into a building. A tune echoed in her mind, and as she flew, she twisted, barely aware of the red and black energy that surrounded her. Then, all of a sudden, rage burned in her mind. It wanted out and it wanted out NOW!

Reiru charged towards the creature that was once her sister, and a roar, a dragon's challenge forced it's way from her throat. Her talons glowed dark blue, red and black, although she was unaware of this. All she knew was that she wanted to hurt this abomination- kill it. She wanted to wipe it, and another other threat from the face of the earth. That was the force of the tidal wave of rage. Reiru's voice, her control, were powerless to fight that rage. So why had she let herself learn the move that caused this? Why hadn't she since forgotten Outrage?

It was simple really. Sometimes you need to shut that little voice up, and just go for the kill. No consequences, no guilt. Only the uncontrollable rage dragon. And this was one of those times.



Her claws ripped into the soft belly, the wings, the flanks, anything she could reach. Hits taken were ignored, and another roar ripped it's way out of Reiru's throat.

The dragon in the grips of rage didn't realize that her opponent was grappling, and slicing out with her hind claws, slicing into Reiru's soft underbelly, trying to kill rather than simply infect.

For minutes, it went on like this. The sunlight faded, and still the two faught.
But the rage was subsiding, and pain was taking it's place. Another roar, this one not a challenge, but a cry of agony. The D-Day creature began to smile, showing all of it's teeth.

What once was Mei went to bite down on Reiru's throat, but suddenly Reiru smacked her, right in the mouth, with a Flare Blitz. It took the form of flaming punches, and even delivered from a cramped position, when aimed at Mei's teeth were enough to break a fair portion of them.

Reiru allowed herself a moment of grim satisfaction. "Can't bite with busted teeth, can ya?" She growled.

Mei began to laugh again, and a huge ball of green energy began to form in her open mouth. "We'll see about that. Goodbye, little sister. You were always the weakest. I'll never understand why that stupid deer chose you as his pupil."
Then she fired, and released her grip on Reiru at the same time.

You wouldn't have thought that a Solarbeam, even one fired at point blank range would hurt a Dragon/Fire type, but in this instance, you would be wrong. Reiru was sent flying backwards, and her body felt like it was on fire, and not in the good way.
The last thing she was aware of before she hit the ground was a scream of pain, rage and... defeat? From Mei. Then Reiru hit the ground, and she could think no more...

The Charizard wasn't aware of the strong arms that picked her up, nor of the piece of a glittering stone, the edges now bloody, being tied into her scarf. But these things happened, even as her body returned to normal. "Damn heavy dragon. Let's see if I can get her back, before her group moves on. Might as well let them know that the Azumaril's alright too."

Hearing the pokemon call out, Kalea forced flames to gather in her hand, and fired them upwards. A flare of some nature. She was scared (stupid hypnosis), and hurt (stupid earthquake...), and unfortunately, still locked within the mind of the child who had been abandoned at Takagami dojo. "Help, PLEASE" she cried out, and the part that had been locked deep would have groaned.
Dear Arceus I was useless... Have I really changed that much


((note, bits in this shade are older Kalea's thoughts. At the moment, something's used Hypnosis to send that part back, and bring the innocent kid she was before meeting Del to the controls as it were.

Ryu sees the flare a few feet to his left. "Hang on! This may hurt a bit!"

//And not just you either.//

Ryu changes and charges up a flash cannon, "I hope you're not a rock, a sheet of ice or a fairy, or this'll really hurt!" he yells, and fires around where the flare was.

The lucario concentrates his power to try and finds the aura's source. "Knuckle! Get over here! I found a survivor, not d-day!" says Ryu, digging through the debris. He finds the source, a blaziken.

Suddenly, exhaustion sets in. Ryu is forced onto one knee, panting. "Damn mega tyranitar. At least Del, whoever that was, has been avenged." says the lucario.

Ryu is calling to me about a survivor. I trek over to him, away from who I thought was Del.
He's on one knee, panting. I take a look in the rubble around him. There's a Blaziken (is this Blaziken anybody's character?) just lying in the rubble, moaning.
I grab it by the arms. "Come on, up you get," I say while pulling.
"Ryu, do you think you could help me out? I'm no Machamp here," I say to the panting jackal.

((The Blaziken is Opal's character, and the blaziken is female.))

Ryu shakes his head. "I'm no damned chansey, mainly since they're all either d-day or dead, but it wouldn't be safe to move this blaziken. It also wouldn't wise to leave it here for the hordes. It's catch 22. Either someone goes for help, or we move the blaziken to our base. Both are not good options. Wait, I have an idea."

Ryu focuses and whispers to himself, "Empathy link, establish."

Keira is busy shaking herself out when a voice is heard in her head.

//Keira, can you hear me?//
//Yes, Ryu. Where are you?//
//Never mind that, we need you, your medical supplies, we've found a survivor, not infected.//
//But what about that huge pokemon?//
//Gone. That pokemon caused this.//
//Alright, but where will I find you?//
//I guide you.//

Keira gets her bag and Ryu guides her to their location slowly. She'll arrive soon.

"Alright, help is on the way."

[Hitmonchu]

"Great," I say to Ryu.
Meanwhile, the Blaziken is still stuck in the rubble. She looks hungry.
"Want some Tyranitar? It's fresh." I offer a hunk of the meat to the Blaziken.

((she's mine. She's actually showed up twice before this current arc. Once in the very begining, and then she was the one who sent Reiru to find the splinter group. Note, i'm back to mobile again, so posts will be slowed and decreased in quality.))

"I-I can walk. I just need to..." Pulling herself to her feet, Kalea suddenly looked suprised,  " Woah. Since when am I this tall? I don't remember evolving... And... Do i know either of you... I'm getting an odd sense of deja- ooohh, pwetty" She murmured, and started to pull towards a building that was on fire (courtesy of Mei).

((Did i mention that Kalea as a child had a really short attention span? And was more than a little bit of a pyromaniac? )

Ryu narrows his eyes. "Really? After the blaziken was almost killed by said tyranitar, it killed your guys' leader, and then the tyranitar burying it under rubble, you'll ask the blaziken to eat some? You're just a stomach with arms and legs, aren't you?"

//Wait, damn! I've given myself away!//

Ryu sees the building on fire. "Of course."

Keira happens to walk up then. "Alright, i'm here."
She sees the building on fire. "I'll handle this...." Keira said, walking up to the building and absorbing the fire. This dried her fur again.

Keira walks back over and notices something. "Wait a moment, someone's take her memories with hypnosis. Hang on everyone, this could be bumpy! Hypnosis!" she says. Keira enters Kalea's mind and tries to dispel the trance.

//Where is it? Ah here.//

Keira is getting tired, but manages to dispel the trance from the blaziken. Ryu stands, even he's surprised by this. "Keira, I didn't know you could do this."

Keira gets out of the blaziken's mind, obviously drained. "I didn't either, it just happened/

Keira looks up and says, "So, should we go back?"

((hey guys since we should probably roll out soon i took the liberty of making the course for the first week or so of our pokemon's journey, so we can kind of know what setting we're in, since the pokemon world is strongly based off of earth.

i'd do it all the way but google maps won't give me directions for past kazakhstan so we'll use our imagination???))

Slash looked at the Blaziken, not quite able to place who it was. However, a survivor was a survivor, and that was always extremely welcome. Slash smirked when Ryu made the comment about Knuckles being a stomach with arms and legs. "Well, I mean, we could all have a quick bite to eat before we head out," he said, nodding towards the tyranitar. "Then we can talk to the Blaziken about what's going on."

Slash watched Keira began to get into her memories, likely trying to fix her weird attitude. "You know, little fox, it takes all sorts, and some pokemon are just like that. It doesn't mean that there's anything broken to be fixed..." he said, knowing of a few houndoom in his pack who never grew out of their childhood stage. Perfect to entertain little pups, and watch over them when their mother leaves the den. The thought of the little omegas in his pack made his heart ache, however, so Slash tried to clear his mind.

Sunny anticipated Dana's attention in an almost hungry way. She hopped, not wanting to wait, from one foot to the other but in the end she couldn't wait. She set the Sun Stone on the floor and placed a hand on top of it. She closed her eyes. She was going to evolve. Sunny felt a softening warmth resonating from the Sun Stone, she concentrated on it and her body went white hot for a second. She could feel everything changing inside her, her new body would be a challenge for her to master at first but she was sure she'd get used to it. Her arms and tail became longer, her body lengthened until she naturally stood taller on two legs. Her head, neck and ears changed shape and her throat hurt for a second. The heat and motion stopped. "Wow" she said, her voice audibly lower. Then she attempted to step forward and fell flat on her side.

"Well, since the tyranitar is dealt with, Del's death has been avenged, whoever Del was."

//Alright, i've done this too long. Time to confess.//

"I have a confession to make. I never joined the resistance. The reason i'm even here and helping you all is to make sure she lives." Ryu says, motioning to the vulpix. "I never knew who Del was. Slash knows this, or at least he does now. So, you all probably don't trust me now that i've revealed all this, and that's fine. If you think I should leave, I will leave. If you want to kill me, well let's say I won't go without a fight. You're all the ones who want to save the world, and if i'm not apart of that, that's your decision." says Ryu.

He drops his weapons, and the takes the mega stone out of the spike where he hide it. "I'm not d-day, but I never joined you all. Do with me what you wish."

[Meowstic Royalty]

"C-Cindy? It can't be you!"

Del picks up the Doomsday Pokemon, a Mismagius. A golden locket falls from the "hat", falling onto the ground.

Del picks up the locket and opens it, which forms the shape of a heart. There are two pictures inside it. One of the Mismagius, one of Del.

A tear drops from Del's eye as he puts the Mismagius back down slowly. "I-It is her..." He says, trying not to cry. "I swore I would always protect you, but I failed! And because of that, youre gone!"

"All because of me!"

Del falls to the ground, his tears softening the dirt below. "I can't believe you had to die like this... Its all my fault..."

Del reloads his shotgun and aims it straight into the roof of his mouth. A buckshot spread would shoot into his brain and kill him instantly in this situation.

"I dont want to live like this anymore..."

Just as Del is about to pull the trigger and join Cindy in the afterlife for good, he begins hearing a voice in his mind, causing him to stop.

((Drama maybe? Two dramatic confessions in a row!))

Keira knew this all along, but was shocked that Ryu was giving himself up. "Wait. I knew this too, so if he goes, I follow!" says the vulpix in defiance.

Most of the group was indifferent towards the two, and both were useful, so they may let him stay. However, their indifference may just kill them both, condemning them both. This was a defining moment, that could decide this whole mess.

It was either let the lucario stay, or lose both at the same time.

"Oof!" was the general noise that was heard as Sunny fell to the floor. She pushed herself back up and stood up again, realising that she needed to move her tail to negate her balance with her relentless limbs. She grabbed a rail and walked out to see what had happened there. There was a massive pokemon corpse and surrounding it were a small faction of the group. Sunny heard everything in the conversation from the point where Ryu had said 'If you think I should leave, I will leave.' She stepped  into the circle. "You guys can't leave," she said, clearing her throat ready for her first grown-up speech. "You may not have been an original part of this group, but you aren't doomsday and the way I figure it, us who are healthy should stick together, team or no team, friends or no friends. We need you guys. Ryu, you're headstrong, you can sense danger. Keira, you're our vital organ, you make us smile but more importantly, you can heal, without you we'd probably all be dead by now." She looked round the group, met the groups eyes, one by one. "You all know it's true." She finished and stepped back a little, rather embarrassed by her own boldness.
