We've got a few of these to give out after our latest breeding project.  Togepi is rarely found in the wild, so it's quite rare for it to be bred into anything other than a Luxury Ball.   The IVs play greatly to Togekiss strengths and can be used for different movesets.    It's first come first serve for these.  We're looking for Dex Fillers so post if you're intrested and we can discuss it from there.   We will nickname Togepi if you want.
