You just need to breed with a Croagunk which learns both moves by level-up, and can be caught on Route 7 in both X and Y.

Right, that's Black 2/White 2 move tutor, and all the breeding would have to be done in 5th gen.

I have both KB and Unova

I assume we'll be getting Knock Off from OR/AS, so it may be worth deciding on the Kalos Bred one so you can use it in tournies and such. PM me if you want to work out a trade.
