Wanted - foreign Treecko

Pleasantries aside, I am currently trying to get my hands on a shiny Treecko with 5+I.V.s and H.A. I will use for O.R./A.S. through (you guessed it) breeding, now I have an easy source of good I.V.s (6 perfect I.V. Ditto) and H.A. (lots of H.A. Treeckos).

Now I can't find any good I.V Treeckos in the G.T.S. that are both foreign and have 3+ perfect I.V.s .
