My ideas of what should be done in the next Smash Bros game

Nintendogs as a fighter would be neat. I could see a lab pup playfully tackling another fighter.

True, though Lords of Shadow: Mirror of Fate was a 3DS game up until the HD release.

Snake is also much more iconic than Spyro and Crash Bandicoot, and part of the reason for his inclusion has to do with the fact that MGS4 was coming out or was already out - Kojima clearly pulled some strings to get some advertisement.

If I recall correctly, Kojima wanted Snake in Melee, but that game was too far into development. Snake got into Brawl because Kojima asked Sakurai to include him. Advertisement, pulling strings, and MGS4 played some role too though.

I'd like to see Simon Belmont make an appearance as either a fighter or an Assist.

I'd personally prefer Juste or Alucard, and definitely Maxim as an assist. Maxim was amazing. 0^0 Also Isaac from Golden Sun and Shovel Knight. And Queen Metroid would make a good Master Hand-esque boss.

Also, we could use Shigeru Miyamoto and Reggie Fils-Amie.

Would kind of like to see Volga in a new one tbh, if only for the perfect final smash oppurtunities xD I mean, it'd be pretty cool to have him basically do his C5 from Hyrule Warriors (turn into a massive dragon thing and dive into the enemies, exploding into flames)

Edit: Also, FD Link would possibly be better as a final smash than a new character, maybe if they added custom Final Smashes like they have for specials that could be one of them.

Given that one Kirby baddie (specifically Kirby's Adventure) is already an Assist Trophy in this game, then how about some more Kirby Baddies? Like, k'now, Dark Matter, Marx, DRAWCIA...

I'd actually love to see Marx as a playable character. His Final Smash could be the Black Hole move he uses in his boss battle. K.Rool also needs to be playable. I'd also say Conkers and Banjo-Kazooie if they weren't owned by Microsoft now. I had some cool moves for Banjo and Kazooie too, namely Kazooie popping out of the bag and lifting the bear into the air and then swooping down for a swipe of the paw and a counter attack from behind where if you try to attack Banjo from behind, Kazooie will pop out and peck at you repeatedly for awhile. This would also be long ranged.

I think Duck Hunt Dog was a great addition to the series so I'd like to see him return.

He is a lot of fun to spam projectiles as, but his only physical b move is an alt move, so that's kind of a shame.

Meanwhile, i'm still waiting on blaziken Chrom as a playable or for Roy to be retooled and return.

Also Custom final smashes would be fun and Ganon getting to use his sword in something other than a custom.

As it turns out, my science teacher used to play competitive smash.

DHD was never really that good imo. I've taken down experienced players that main DHD with Marth, Ike, and Captain Falcon, all of which lack projectiles.

Meanwhile, i'm still waiting on blaziken Chrom as a playable or for Roy to be retooled and return.

I'd personally prefer Eliwood or Lyn from FE7, but that's just my opinion.

I would like Blaziken in the game but I'm thinking it's be a Lucario clone that shot fireballs instead of Aura Spheres and do we REALLY need another Mega Evolution for a Final Smash? I would prefer Blaziken to start a Final Smash using Burn Blast and then jumping up into the air to use Flare Blitz for the finish. THAT would be so much cooler than Mega Evolution.
