Anyways, I wanted to start an AoS army/force but I can't decide on which faction to choose because none of them click with me. The same happened when I tried MtG and I couldn't find a deck theme that I liked.

ended up finding out i had an older brother called alexander born at 27 weeks with a congenital heart defect who died same day as my birthday but a year before.


there's a moral to this obviously but to point that out now feels callous.

Everyone's arguing, my mom's being a hypocrite, my brother is being more annoying than usual, and my sister won't stop complaining about a bunch of stuff at school. I'm tired of hearing it.

We've got something called freshman friday that we use to scare the crap out of freshmen. Basically, some people haze some of the freshmen in creative ways. Most of the time it doesn't actually happen though.

We had something kinda similar, our pep rally took place like 2 weeks into the year on a friday and basically if you didn't cut the pep rally you were there to haze the freshmen. Imagine 3,000 teenagers chanting "Go home freshmen!" at another group of 1,000 teenagers. Administration always flipped out, and usually at least one freshman would wind up crying because I mean damn I don't blame them it was kinda surreal my first year when randomly in the middle of this pep rally almost everyone started shouting that in unison o_o we also had some kid dress up as the "freshman catcher" with khakis and a khaki jacket with a huge net, and whenever a freshman was being loud and obnoxious he would throw the net over them. It took administration like halfway through the day to put an end to that, but I wish they just let it happen.

my friend went to a different high school and they had Freshman Friday too and a lot of the hazing took place on facebook and twitter and he ended up posting "i have an idea, let's just put all the freshmen in one room and bomb it"... he came into school the next day and got put in cuffs (but not arrested) and suspended for 10 days because that does constitute a bomb threat I suppose.

I dunno. I wasn't obnoxious as a freshman so I never got hazed. The closest thing I did to hazing is once a freshman asked me for directions when I was a senior and we had just changed the numbering of the buildings around so I was trying to make sure I was sending her in the right direction and then she says, "wow, if you can't make up your mind, i'll just ask someone else. i don't wanna be late". so then i suddenly had a moment of clarity and i told her exactly where she needed to go for her class, the 4th floor of the english building. There is no fourth four of the english building and her actual class was 8 minutes in the other direction.

The freshman catcher thing actually sounds pretty funny tbh. I didn't get hazed because I was a nobody, and I knew a couple of people probably.
