Too many adverts are doing the poetry thing.

i had my first nosebleed in like 8-9 years earlier which is one thing on its own but it was followed up by a lot of blood in my saliva which is frightening
it feels like i just exorcised a demon from my lungs or esophagus or something and it's being manifested inside of my mouth
all i taste is metal

the lads are still young, and unless anything really bad happens they'll be in the 2022 team. last time we made it to a semi was before most of them were born so it was a pretty damn good show

The taxi driver awkwardly told me off because I had supposedly slammed the door whilst getting in and maybe it's just me but it's such a petty thing to cause a fuss over when I didn't even slam the door.

Social media is winding me up a bit again too. Facebook is the worst offender because it's a platform that anyone can use to preach to the masses no matter how disturbed and unhealthy their message is. It's just worrying that the younger generations are being exposed to this kind of stuff.

It's how Brexit and the 2016 American elections were sold. Anyone can post anything regardless of the facts and people will believe it.

Younger generations aren't willing to double check anything anymore.

I'll be honest, neither do a lot of older generations. Any bull can come on your FB dash and I've seen just as many people twice or three times my age falling for it, even if it sounds ridicuclous

SirBlaziken

It's not all younger generations. In fact, a lot of what got Trump is was the OLDER generation votes after he promised to "make america great again like the old days".

Got a new ring but it's a tad small for my hand and it hurts.

The bulb in my room has dimmed and I'm finding myself worrying about whether or not today's interview went well.

I find myself frequently daydreaming about the way I was treated in school. I hate my imagination sometimes!

I always thought that the people in my school bullied me because I wasn't popular. I was basically the real-life equivalent of the tv show scenario where I'm an unpopular kid in school with only one or two friends, and I try (and fail) to become friends with literally anybody else.

Imagine something like this:
Popular kid: I'm not respecting you because you're not popular.
Nerdy kid: You have to be respected to be popular, not be popular to be respected.
Popular kid: Shut up nerd!
*Popular kid shoves nerdy kid in locker*

Why don't people understand that nerdy people make the best friends? I would have had far more friends if people took the time to actually get to know me.

I'm so glad and grateful to have more friends on this forum and at my art group than I ever had in school.
