No, it must have been uploaded to the site already. Only images you find on the site can be used. You don't pick just any of your own pictures, you use one of the images we have.

What's the URL to the image, so we can check it out? I can't see what's going wrong if you don't tell me basic information like that.

You need to add the URL of the image when suggesting an image. If you can't get the proper URL, it will obviously fail to submit.

And how would I find out about the url?

Right-click on the image and then go to Properties. The URL should be in there. Just copy it and paste it where you want it.
