DEX: Forms support

Ladies and gentlemen,

Introducing, forms support.

Up to now, Dex lacked the different forms of several Pokemon. There were all sorts of reasons for this. The worries, however, are over now. Forms support has been added to the Dex code and the currently available data has been entered.

As always, Platinum information is not yet available, and will be added when it has actually been released.

Moves have not yet been added, because, well, I need to work on those anyway. Help on adding moves for these forms, as well as to the Pokemon in general, is always welcomed.
