I know what teh Safety Dance is, I just don't get the picture; it doesn't have a relevance to it. And saying an avvy is boring isn't really helping.

Anyways, for the above. The red in the hair looks so wrong there; too bright and isn't shaded or outlined. The wings are shaded weirdly as well. On the whole it's okay though. 6/10.
