31/31/30/31/31/31 Modest Eevee
Whoa... what on earth? Boxed it though I dunno what it'd be good for.
Also, how important would outspeeding Scizor even be? What's Vaporeon doing to it? Hoping for a 3HKO?

ooh that set would be lovely for a Specs Vappy. And I'd go with Hydro Pump for the gimmicky nature of the set xD

...or you may just want to go with a rubbish wish passer that's slightly stronger in Special Attack =3

Afro-Disiak

Nothing gimmicky about Specs Vaporeon - it has a 110 SAtk and the bulk to use it really well.

I was thinking SpecsVappy, but Hydro Pump/Surf/Ice Beam/HP Dragon (it's a 70 at least...) isn't doing it for me.
A strong-but-bulky WishPasser actually isn't a bad idea, now that I think about it. Also another fail from a few months ago:
31/6/31/31/31/31 Timid Eevee

Not a complete fail I guess for Espeon fans, would work on a few Espeon sets that don't use Hidden Power.

Enigma

I thought that using Hydro Pump is generally a gimmick when "thou shalt always use Surf" if the option is available.

You could put Wish over HP Dragon, possibly, as a sort of fooling strategy? You know, play Vap like an ordinary wish passer, switch into a resisted attack, use Wish, switch out, then blow the opponent away with high powered attacks?

As for the Timid one, I'd go with a Baton Pass variant of Espeon - it would appreciate the speed and wouldn't require Hidden Power.

Afro-Disiak

Not if it gets you more OHKOs. Stuff like Starmie, Empoleon, Vaporeon, even Suicune and Lanturn may prefer to run Hydro Pump for the extra damage, and they can all take a hit so missing isn't a huge issue.

Timid Eevee is decent, what egg moves did you pass? the standard Wish/Baton Pass/Charm from Smeargle?

The Timid one lacked Wish if I recall, he was from a few months ago for a SpecsJolteon.
