to avoid needing to set-up and get the ability to cripple an opponent or scout

Very nice =D. I'd keep that if I were you, Cincinno isn't going to take much of a hit anyway so a little extra bulk wont make a difference.

The loss of Intimidate that would negate that low Defence is what lets this down. 3 less Attack is nothing when it comes to Moxie, and what boundaries you'll be hitting in terms of OHKO/2HKOs, but.. that defence'll haunt you won't it? =/

I've done some damage calcs and it turns out that without Charti Berry Gyarados can't take a stone edge from things like Archeops or Conkeldurr (with or without Guts boost) anyway so I think I'm going to keep it

Would it have been able to anyway; does the drop in Defence IVs mean it's gone from a 2HKO (without environmental factors) into a OHKO? If so, find out what the lowest IV necessary to keep it a 2HKO is and see how high up it is; if it's in the low 20s, I'd consider rebreeding. It's female too, so it's still Dreamworld. However, if you're happy, then go for it =]

I'm considering the above moveset, but it feels like it's missing something. Moveset syndrome, haha. I'd love to see Outrage AND Draco Meteor on it, but I'm more than likely going to use it with a Scarf to be a wall breaker. Hm.
