With a blinding flash, the mountain behind us rips apart in a dark mass of energy, light and fire. The noxious smoke fills the air as the forest, dry as a tinderbox, rips with flame.
I cry out to the other members hidden behind the smoke,"Come on! We can't die! Not after all we've done!" A chunk of steaming rock falls a few feet away.
Blazicario and the Pokemon run out.
"Where's Silver Soul?" I ask stricken with panic.
The smoke clears for a second, and I see his burned body lying groaning on the ground. In a speedy motion, I grab him and hoist him onto my back.
Blazicario turns god form and returns all the Pokemon to their balls. I do the same.
We fly over the burning, smoking forest. I hear a sound behind me.
Draghost is staring with an evil smirk. "I found you."
