I tried to embroider some things onto a scarf I bought for almost 4 quid, and I keep on making so many mistakes it's ludicrous. There's also loads of holes for when I accidently put the needle in incorrectly so I've resorted to using a sewing machine which made my first image thingy passable but now there are so many holes and guhhh.
what was i thinking anyway, giving a scarf to a friend as a christmas present?

OK, who thought it was a good idea to drink that much after a month without alcohol? And with a cold on top of it? Woke up this morning feeling very disorientated. My hearing's a bit weird today so that's going to have a big effect on me anyway, but adding in dizziness+nausea from my hangover and grogginess from my cold makes me feel awful. :|
I'm so glad Saturday night was cancelled, I wouldn't be able to cope with another night out so soon ;-;

My friend is whining at me because i've applied to do primary teaching i needto do some work exp at a local primary school as it's mandatory. She's wanting to do travel and tourism, most unis ask for experience working with kids in a school setting. I'd say doing that is more important and useful than dossing about at a travel agents, sorting brochures and doing adminy stuff. I doubt she'll even be allowed to book holidays for people anyways.
I know its good to see what goes on but she wants to be a holiday rep [she makes it sound amazing] so should she not go to an airport or something? :v
