Why is Black longer than White?

I'm talking about the movies with Victini.

I've made a dvd rip of both movies, and I've noticed that Black is longer than White.

Has anyone edited the two together playing simultaneously to show why one is longer than the other? I'd like to see the video if someone has done that.
