IIRC I believed that fake death thing, I honestly didn't think a member of this forum could be so desperate and pathetic as to actually do such a thing. Teenagers, urgh. I miss it.

I do have a vague memory of a thread that become (or was originally) a discussion about swords, it was very odd to see people talk so excitedly about weapons. Not massively shocked to hear one of them has been to jail, tbh.

How is Kat (cubone) these days? Haven't spoken to her in like 7 years.

Bipartisan thinking.  Not everyone here has an issue with you, and I don't know if you'll believe that.  Posting all these rants is doing you no favors - to some people, it's the opposite.  But I doubt anyone here thinks you're a pariah or anything to that extent.  I feel like it's an image formed by your own head, resulting from overreacting to a few little things.

yeah i was apprehensive at first bc of the whole audio conversation thing but that really is just an extra feature yeah, i mainly use it for IMs.
havent logged on all that periodically recently though, i have this problem with IMing these days.
i say problem i just... uh effort w talking realtime, im not solidly online so much these days.

oh man there was also.
the australian girl who was a nurse who had a fiancé.
like those were the three things about her she would mention in nearly every post thats how i remember them and nothing else.
she would always correct people and reference how ~grown up~ she was in my memory.

And Dracon was one of the lowlifes that contributed heavily to the spam board.  In fact, I'm pretty sure like 75% of the people here are among those lowlifes, myself included.

i feel excluded by that, im clearly some sort of lingering forum scum and yet i missed the spam board completely.
never quite got over that, i was away for the exact time it was up.
im still in counselling.

Just remembered that I met Simon Togetic and.. Lorna? (her username was something to do with crystal / ice / foxes / moon or something) .. at the Leeds Deoxys event a squillion years ago. Simon was really nice, he asked me what my favourite flavour of yoghurt was and if I had to put my shoes on in a certain order. I think Switchback was at the event, too, but I never saw her.

I also kinda miss the days when everyone would theme their profiles to whatever holiday it was, so like at Christmas everyone's avatars would turn red and green or be wearing little Santa hats :3 it still happens to some extent, but not as much.

And who remembers Floon Fridays? =D when Diamond and Pearl first came out we all used to go catch our Drifloon every Friday and post what we'd got. That was fun.

A thread was posted claiming a member, Dusk, had killed herself. It was apparently Dusk's friend and she was cleaning out her room, and knew she loved this site / saw it in her history, and decided to do a farewell post so it would be known to the people who knew her outside of real life what had happened to her. It asked for sympathy pretty much, and then a debate broke out on the details as to whether or not it was real.

I find it hard to keep it against him though, since he was like 12 or something and clearly didn't understand the implications. Except my one issue is that he did it but not on april fools, then said it was an april fools prank.
