I have some bulletproof chespins and quadilins, but do they not need to be foreign to your language for masuda method to work?

I have a foreign male (Overgrow) Chespin already, don't worry. I still need a Bulletproof one though, gender doesn't matter as I can breed your english one with my english perfect IV Ditto to get the right gender. I need to get 31 attack IVs onto it before masuda breeding anyway.

Edit: Since Hahex has gone offline, I'm going to have to keep asking for anyone with a Bulletproof Chespin to trade with me.
