Is there a pokemon you think deserves a mega evolution?

I think skarmory, nidoking and nidoqueen should have mega evolutions!
Thanks to Inferna for one of the many reasons why I love Dragonite!

Hydreigon mainly because it needs to grow more heads to be a proper hydra. A Mega Donphan would be nice too!
