There are some pokemon that have similar cries.

Examples:

Pidgeot, Chansey, pinsir

Omanyte and machop

Aerodactyl and Vileplume

Victreebel and Porygon

Are there any other cries that are similar?

I don't remember.....

EDIT: coincidentally, in Leaf Green or fire red (can't remember which) I had nidoqueen and lapras next to each other in the PC. They had similar cries.

2ND EDIT: Tyrogue and Ho-oh have similar cries!
