B/W Competitive Team (UU)

This is my team for random matchup. Please tell me anything (however small) that you think would improve it. Here it is:

Mienshao (Jolly) w/ Wide lens     Regenerator

Evs: 4/252/0/0/0/252

-> U-Turn (most my team has this, keeps up the momentum)
-> Fake out (Mainly to check to see if they switch)
-> Bounce (Coverage)
-> Hi Jump Kick (Can't resist 130BP with STAB)

Not a normal lead option, I know, but he's an awesome counter to the most common UU lead: Persian.

Porygon-z (Modest) w/ Life orb    Adaptability

Evs: 4/0/0/252/0/252

-> Hyper beam (300BP with life orb, do i need to explain?)
-> Tri Attack (Sometimes hyper beam is overkill)
-> Psyshock (Coverage)
-> Nasty plot (to make even Psyshock deadly)

Sharpedo (Adamant) w/ Expert Bet     Speed boost

Evs: 4/252/0/0/0/252

-> Protect (free speed boost)
-> Waterfall (STAB)
-> Crunch (STAB)
-> EQ (coverage)

Empoleon (Modest) w/ Sitrus berry      Torrent

Evs: 4/0/0/252/0/252

-> Agility (to boost his sub-par speed)
-> Hydro Pump (STAB)
-> Ice Beam (coverage)
-> Grass knot (coverage)

Victini (Jolly) w/ Choice band           Victory Star

Evs: 4/252/0/0/0/252

-> V-create (STAB, and the most powerful move in the game)
-> Bolt Strike (Coverage)
-> U turn (coverage)
-> Zen headbutt (STAB)

Flygon (Adamant) w/ Choice Scarf    Levitate

Evs: 4/252/0/0/0/252

-> Outrage (STAB)
-> EQ (STAB)
-> U turn (coverage)
-> Stone edge (to form EdqeQuake combo)

The idea is, send out mienshao who can beat most leads, and switch out with u-turn if she can't. Then just send out porygon and hyper beam what I can, after this I just matchup types.

Edit: Noticed Victini isn't allowed in RM, any ideas?
