If we're talking elegance, I think Gardevoir is high up there, yeah. Personally, I dig how mystically eerie it looked in its Diamond and Pearl sprite. That's its own kind of beauty, imo. In a similar vein, I guess Froslass is pretty elegant, too.

Oh, I just remembered one that's high on my list, if not the top: Articuno! Its cry is especially beautiful. Hands-down the most graceful-looking of the legendary birds, and arguably the most graceful of legendaries in general.

On a personal note, I never found Milotic to be elegant or beautiful. I mean... it's supposed to be, but... it's a giant worm with eyebrows. If such a thing existed you'd run in terror before it devoured you whole.
