How often do you use your Shiny Pokemon?

^How so? If it's not surviving attacks, have you tried making it remember Mat Block? It is pretty good. I like that attack which is very unusual for me as I hate Protect and Detect. In fact I rather like the moves introduced this gen that block attacks more due to their side effects.

Who needs suction cups when you have rock formations? They guarantee a bite in my experience.

Ampharos: Use on occasion, but I rarely find a place for it in my team =/
Rayquaza: In like every battle my opponent doesn't ban it from xD
Genesect: In literally EVERY battle (and if they try and stop my I point out it's in OU )
