[P][Sf][Fu]Get Out Alive (Warning: Will contain a LOT of violence)[J]

 Slash heard the screech from the sleeping quarters and perked up his head. "Probably a nightmate-- you guys go ahead and eat, I'll see what's up. Probably doesn't need to much attention, but if I start yelling, run into the room," Slash suggested, getting out of the room. Ryu seemed truly chilled to the bone-- Slash wondered why. A big gigantic room of ice was cold, but not that cold. Maybe its a typing thing, Slash thought, trying to remember if fighting was sensitive to ice.

He walked into the room, and saw Sunny wide awake, looking like she was in terrible condition. Slash slowly walked over and lay down, careful to not hurt the his wound. It wasn't the smoothest descent, but at least Slash wasn't cringing from pain. "What's up, pup?" he asked, hoping to get her back to sleep as soon as possible.

Jaime's small shark-like eyes were wide awake, shaken out of his sleep state, the second he heard Sunny scream from next to him. He hadn't even realized she'd fallen asleep next to him. swung his head over so fast he almost toppled over with his great weight, and quickly had his snout by her side, nudging her gently. "Sunny? Sunny! Ohhh, shshshshshhhh..." He cooed to her quietly, curling his leathery tongue out and licking her side in an almost fatherly motion, "It's alright, it's okay I promise...you're safe...."
The Garchomp peered up as Slash approached and laid down, and shifted a little, "She's...bad dream I think. Woke me right up. I feel awful."

Dana watched Ryu come back in the room from the food stores, and chuckled, "Little brisk in there?" She mumbled, twitching a tail. However, as she listened closer, she could hear the Lucario rumbling angrily about Abraham, the Xatu who'd sent them on this wild goose chase to begin with. Something about him being at fault for all of this? Well, she couldn't say she was surprised, "Knew something was skeevy about that whole dude," She huffed, looking around.
Then, she heard the scream. Jerking straight to her feet, she looked at the door as Slash got up and went to investigate. She heard him tell everyone else to stay and eat, but she felt unsure. That scream...it sounded almost like Sunny. She shuffled anxiously, hoping she was alright.
"...where's that meat, fightdog?" She finally managed to ask, glancing over at Ryu. Now that she thought about it, she was quiet hungry. Maybe food would quell her nerves.

Almost immediately, Slash and Jaime were at her side, calming her down. "yeah," she said quietly, between heavy breaths. "bad dream, I'm sorry." Jaime was licking her side, it tickled a little but Sunny couldn't get Del's words from her dream out of her head. Sunny put her hand on Jaime's snout steadying herself and saying "Just a dream." and repeating it every 10 seconds or so.
After about 5 minutes she calmed down. Every couple of seconds or so she trembled a little.

Keira stops crying and she looks up subtly.

He killed them. Nothing can change that, except if we go back and stop Abraham. No time for tears, I must stay strong.

The young fox's fire was ignited by subtle rage, but mostly feeling re purposed.

Ryu heard this by accident, and he knew Keira was healing herself emotionally. The male lucario started roasting the meat for the rest of the group and said "I'm working on it"

In a lab room in Kanto, a figure in the dark jerked awake. It was birdlike, a green bird. This figure was a xatu, more precisely, Abraham. "They know the truth." he said to himself, worried, "This could be troubling. I'm not worried. They'll never beat me." he said, arrogantly. The xatu chuckled to himself,"They've got moxie, i'll give them that. However, no amount of bluster will overcome me."

"Why don't you talk to me about it?" Slash said, putting his head down on his paws. "I mean, I know it sounds goofy, and maybe the dream could have been weird and embarassing, but my dad always used to tell me that just like how pokemon can't live without air, nightmares die when they leave your mind. It always worked for me," Slash said, trying his hardest not to be probing. "I mean, if it makes you feel more comfortable, I'll tell me sopme nightmares I've been having. I guess I just didn't realize I should tell someone about it until right now," he said, feeling kind of weird for opening up. Deep down inside, he wanted everyone to know everything. How fast his life changed, his father, his sister, his kin, but he felt like he had to resist. Even though the memories haunted him every night, he was scared of them haunting him in his living hours.

He just wanted all of those noisy mockingbirds that played the same stories out time and time again to finally quiet.

"Well..." Sunny had trouble finding the right words. "It was about... Del and we were all at the HQ and then we left like, you know, how we did. And it was my fault and Del came after us and shouted that he was gonna kill me and he was huge and vicious and I think he would have killed me if I hadn't woken up." Sunny looked at Slash when she finished talking.

Sunny must've had a dream about Del. I have to be careful. Being so smart, he may know how to get into our minds and do, well, that.
Right.
So.... if you hear blood curdling screams in the middle of the night, it's probably me, and you know why.
You know i'm a light sleeper, and if you have a nightmare, you'll likely be thrashing around in your sleep. I just hope we have chesto berry juice still in your bag.

Keira looks into her bag, there was a full vial. She then lay down on the bedding and closed her eyes again.

Got it.

Ryu continues to roast the meat whistling out something mysterious. The meat cooked surprisingly fast, as he finished whistling it out the first time. He stopped whistling. "Meat anyone?" asked the male lucario.

Suddenly, Ryu's mind shifts and then there's a human sitting at a table. The human is holding 3 cards. He lays down the first, Ryu looks down. It has the number 2 on it. The human lays down a second one, the top says 'Dash' and it has the picture of a dodrio on it. The male lucario gasps in the vision. The human lays down a final card, it says 'Crash' at the top, and it had a picture of an arcanine on it. Ryu gasps again.

Wait, Dash and Crash. They were ones on our journey! What does this mean?

The male lucario looks up, the human has another 2 cards. He pushes colored poker chips up to the middle of a table, which has other humans around it. The human lays down the final two cards. One says 'the fallen', the last one cannot be made out.

The fallen. Dash and Crash. Fallen means dead. Crash and Dash must be dead.

Ryu looks at the last card, a scull and crossbones are on it. A purple light surrounds all 5 cards, then they disappear. The vision fades, and the room was as Ryu left it. Nothing had changed.

Slash tried not to show the terror on his face. He didn't doubt that Del could enter dreams. How much damage could he actually do? Well, that section was debatable. Slash decided to go the comforting route. "Dreams can be scary. But, the only dreams that can hurt you, are the ones that you let hurt you." Slash said, even believing it was more probable that Sunny was just having a terrible dream. The threat of Del had most pokemon on edge, and it's not surprising that someone had a nightmare involving him. Hell, Slash was ready for his own set of Del nightmares, a nightly occurrence since what he believed was Del's initial death. "It's okay to feel guilty for what you did, I guess it's just your way of coping. But it's in the past, Sunny. As far as I'm aware, you have to be Celebi to go into the past. It would be pointless to do so anyways. Wyrd will always guide us into the right path, if we just follow the destiny it sets out for us."

Be careful, from what it sounds, Del may be able to enter dreams.
Alright, well, i'll be in a minute.

Ryu wasn't very hungry, so he at a little bit of the meat. After everyone had taken their share and bade everyone good night, the lucario left the room with the fire and went to the chasm room.

Weird, thought I heard something.

Ryu's ears picked up another noise, and a flash of white was in the doorway at the other end. Ryu's heart skipped a beat.

Was that Del? Damn, he's found us.
Ryu, you need rest. We can sleep in shifts. I'll take first watch.

Ryu walked into the bedding room, where Jaime and Slash were talking to Sunny. "Are you sure this is what you want to do?" Ryu whispered to Keira. She nodded, "I think with us being evenly rested, we'll both be fine." Ryu then said, "Alright. Then wake me when it's my turn.". Keira nodded, and sat up. Ryu sat down and put his back against the wall and closed his eyes.

You're not one to let your guard down.
Years and years.

Ryu does not get the restful sleep either of them wanted him to get. He's back in the village. A medicham at the top of a sentry tower sounds an alarm. A horde of pokemon horde him into the center. "We told you not to come back!" one said. Another added, "Now to send you to where you belong, Giratina will meet you soon." Ryu backed up,
"Look, i'm just passing through. And they were both accidents." he said.

Suddenly, a foot sweeps Ryu's feet out from under him. He fell onto a swana. "Look! He's out for another one!" another said. "Kill him! Kill him! Kill him!" the crowd chanted. Ryu was in for it now. One pokemon fired off an attack and the crowd went into all out war, hitting everything they saw that could move.

Sunny nodded hungrily at Slash's words, searching desperately for a reason to pass off her mistakes as accidents or as destiny. She felt comforted by Slash's presence and his words.
"I think I can go back to sleep now." She said, quietly. When she lay back down, Sunny pressed the side of her body into Jaime's side, so that if she dreamed, she knew that she was close to safety. She closed her eyes and after a while she did fall back to sleep. And when she did, she didn't dream at all.

"Kill him! Kill him!" the crowd chanted in Ryu's dream. Someone hit him from behind, and knocked him unconscious.

Ryu regained consciousness ((in the dream)) only to find himself tied to a large wooden beam.

Fwhoooosh.

Something was burning. The pole.... it was set on fire. They were burning him alive! Ryu struggled against the ropes, but they wouldn't budge. The flames were getting closer. The lucario gave up.

"Enough."

A figure stepped out of the shadows. A bisharp. The pokemon cut the ropes to Ryu's binding. The crowd went silent. "He speaks the truth, same with the other lucario you exiled." said the bisharp, "I have seen it all." The crowd looked among each other then chanted, "Kill them! Kill them! Kill them!" The bisharp whispered to Ryu "You fool, run!" The lucario fought his way out, but the bisharp couldn't keep up. They set him on fire, and watched him burn. Ryu's situation caused another to be killed.

The bisharp was burnt to a crisp by the time the lucario had fled. "Another dead, because of me." he whispered to himself. The dream changed, they were about to set out on the adventure. Then Del's voice boomed in the backround, "You're the reason I almost died! Now, I'll take all you hold dear, starting with Keira!" Del appeared, the only spec of white in a dark background. "I will claim all of your souls, starting with hers. Be ready, but like that could stop me!" he laughed evilly.

Slash nodded at Sunny's acceptance, as she curled up asleep next to Jaime. Slash went over to the nearest piece of bedding. Dinner was probably already eaten, so he'd have to wait until morning, when breakfast came around. He hoped that the hosts would be serving breakfast, anyways. He shut his eyes, and sleep swept him away almost instantly.

Slash was only a houndour. That was odd -- usually in his dreams, he was fully grown. Even in flashbacks, he was the same adult houndoom he was today. Slash was sitting next to his father, on the side of a canyon, overlooking woods. Slash was clearly wiped out from the hike, panting with tired eyes, but his father stood proudly beside him, surveying the lands below.

"It may seem like it will take forever," his father said, with his deep, strong voice. "But one day, you will challenge me, and you will be the newest alpha male. While our range is large and glorious Slash, it's important that you realize that when you're grown, it's your total duty to protect all of this," his father said longingly, anticipating his son's adulthood.

Slash looked out at the vast area. Every tree seemed minuscule, but the territory seemed to stretch forever. Slash didn't care for the responsibility. He simply cared about being the boss. It didn't seem like he would have much competition: His brothers were weak, and lacked drive. His father was afraid that Slash would lack ambition when he took the reins of the pack.

The houndour looked into his fathers deep red eyes, and in that moment, Slash was happy. It felt like he was so young again.

Slash looked back at the forest, and saw it totally destroyed. Hardly any trees stood, fire was burning, and he could smell bodies burning beneath his vantage point. Sounds of ruffians and howls of his dying family echoed beneath. His heart wrenched, even still in his dream state expecting the assailants to merely be the Arcanine. He looked back at his father, and saw a pair of crazed crimson eyes, pressing closer to Slash. Slash looked down, noticing his claws. Time had elapsed in the blink of an eye. His father lunged forward, saliva ripping from his sickened mouth. Stricken by terror, Slash could only feel his father's dire fangs begin to puncture his face, before the dream suddenly cut off.

Ryu's mind shifted. A bunch of pokemon are in a white room, including the Xatu, Abraham, and the Grininja, Luis. "Let's see what would happen if we did this." said the Xatu, he added something to a petri dish. "Abraham, stop, that's enough." Luis said, and he shoved the Xatu aside. The bird then used air slash on Luis, knocking him out. "I wasn't finished." he simply said. Then continued adding things.

Luis wakes up, just as Abraham is adding one last thing. "No! You fool! Are you trying to kill us all?" said the greninja. The Xatu nods, then adds one last thing. The petri dish glows. "Now! Destroy this planet!" says Abraham. He uses psychic to smash the dish on the ground. "You f****** moron! You've doomed us all!" says Luis. He fired a dark pulse, which Abraham dodged. "Exactly, now, I'll craft a cure, for myself! I'll be the only survivor of this outbreak. The rest of you pokemon are worthless!" said the Xatu.

The scene stopped, then a frog-like figure appeared, Luis. "Ryu, what you have just seen is the truth. Abraham was trying to kill everyone off. So far, he has mostly succeeded, including me. You are the only ones left. Del is in no way affiliated with Abraham, but he will be dangerous if you cross paths with him again. If he does show up with Cindy, the mismagius, you must take Del out first, then Cindy will go down easier. You have a long way to go. Between you, Kalea, and Slash, you are the strongest of the group. Guide them well. May Arceus light your path." he said. Then, Luis' spirit disappeared.

Jaime sighed out as he listened to Sunny relate her nightmares to him and Slash. He was thankful when the Heliolisk curled up next to him, falling back asleep. The reptilian Pokemon was far too young to be getting plagued by horrible nightmares like the ones she was having. The Garchomp hunkered down again, resting his head close to Sunny and closing his eyes. He'd tell Dana of their young friend's nightmares next time he saw her. He assumed she was still mucking about in the other room, extracting important information. He needed to query her.

Dana, meanwhile, happily gorged herself on the meat Ryu had brought, "Yeah thanks fightdog this is great!" She cackled, licking meat off her teeth greedily. Not long after she felt rather weary, the events of the day finally wearing on her. She was glad to finally have a nice full stomach and a lovely place to sleep. Speaking of that, the Ninetales quickly got up, nodding around the room, before trotting out and heading to the bedding room. She was glad to see many of her friends in there, but was especially keen to notice Sunny and Jaime sleeping close together, Jaime almost protectively on top of the other Pokemon.
She had to smile at the sight.
Yawning, she came over, close to her Garchomp friend, before plopping down and curling up into a ball of golden fluff. It was finally time for sleep. Any issues of the day would be addressed tomorrow.
The straw was soft. Within minutes, she had faded out, a faint smile on her jaws.

Ryu woke up, eyes wide in shock.

I know the truth. My past helped me understand.

The lucario waited for Keira's response, which never came. Ryu looked down to Keira, curled up in a ball and asleep by his side. "My turn." he whispered to himself. The lucario sat up and took out a knife, ready to throw at a moment's notice.

Keira was also having a dream, everyone was about to set out. But there was a strange shadow, a huge blob. A shadowy blob. Then it all went black. "Be warned! Keira!" A voice spoke. "You abandoned me and 2 pokemon. These two pokemon are now dead, but i'm not. Now i'm out to get you. I will find you, and I will kill you, just like your parents." Keira was then forced to recall the battle again. "You were a fool, following them. Trying to control my mind was crafty, maybe i'll let you live." the voice said. Keira retorted, "I'll never join you." The voice laughed evilly, "Very well then, let me convince you otherwise."

Her mind shifts. Everyone is before her, on the ground, dead. Keira gasps. The voice says, "This is what will happen if you do not stand down. Remember your parents." Her parents. This hit home. She was in this because of her parents. The d-day pokemon killed them. Keira was left staring at the image of everyone, dead.
